  • Very authentic and historical. A great representation of days of the pioneers that settled the old west. A gem for Lander and largely manned by volunteers. We were also able to attend the free performance of the native American dancers. It was very inspiring to witness this cultural performance. It was narrated and each was explained as it pertained to the particular dance. The audience wannabes dancers were encouraged to participate in a dance contest and several prizes were awarded. The final social dance was interactive and engaging. I highly recommend this site!
  • It's very nice museum. Has lots of old buildings from the old west days. A nice Pavillion, a livery stable you can rent out for weddings, anniversary parties etc. Huge inside. Clean immaculate restrooms. Make it a point to stop in and see the place.
