Very unprofessional! Curtains hung up and not private. Massage therapist really hurt my back. I have had massages over thirty years and this was the most unprofessional place I have experienced. The receptionist was very rude and told me I was not going to get a free massage out of the deal. I told her I wanted to pay for it and leave. She called the owner who told me to be professional. Really? I did not want to get a free massage, I just wanted to pay and leave. There is lots of massage therapy spa’s in Waikiki Go some where professional.
Matt Kurinij was my masseuse. He was amazing. One of the best massages I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot). He checked with me regarding the amount of pressure and he got all my knots from shoulders and neck. Really knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.
