  • For and outgoing staff of experienced thru-hiker volunteers. I came with my 10-yr-old son in the dead of February, and they were warm and welcoming and helped me build his enthusiasm for backpacking whenever the weather finally warms up a little this Spring. Very much enjoyed visiting the ATC!
  • Friendly and informative guide. Great map and fun selection of souvenirs. Don't miss the albums of hikers going back to the 70s.
