  • Ok I loved the hike, the water was cold and felt really nice after the hike to the falls. I’m from Illinois so the altitude change was a factor for me, also a Senior citizen, I would recommend...  more »
  • We found the park too crowded for our liking but obviously others don't mind the crowds. Perhaps the experience would have been better had we tried to visit midweek.  more »

  • It was pretty hot. Not to many people out. People were fishing and playing in the water. The water was a little cold but not to bad. The game and fish seemed like they were looking at every one So don't be riding dirty. I forgot weed is not legal there and started smoking and game and fish saw me and kinda told me no smoking. Wasn't sure if he meant stop smoking weed or just in general don't be smoking in park. Whatever reason I put the joint up. But dude seemed cool.
  • This was a pretty nice state park to visit. I liked that I could bring my leashed dogs (though they wished they could have gone in the reservoirs, but no big deal). I drove up from CO and liked that it was a pretty short drive to get there. I saw a coyote, which was cool.
