  I can't believe I waited so long to stop by. Great place! Best BBQ I've had in the area (also killer cheesy biscuits), superb beer in a wide variety of styles (first time I've been to a pour-your-own place, enjoyed that), pleasant space and super friendly owners & staff. A few of the beers are gluten-reduced, if you care about that (not technically gluten-free, it's a byproduct of a certain brewing process that just happens to remove most of the gluten without affecting the taste).

  Self served brewery with dynamite BBQ. See host stand people to learn how everything works. It was so good we're probably going to book them to cater our wedding shower. Must go to if you're in the Dulles area. To quote my fiancee, "Red Lobsters Cheesy Biscuits have been replaced permanently." Definitely a Brewery with a real standout unique beers too.
