Since its opening in 1742, Faneuil Hall Marketplace has served as a place of meeting and commerce for the city of Boston. Find your way to the city's famous Freedom Trail pathway, and the complex that represents the site of speeches by early American revolutionaries, including Samuel Adams. Today, the "Cradle of Liberty", as the building was known prior to the American Revolution, acts as a mall. Here you can visit an array of restaurants, market halls, eateries, and shops. Great place to experience the different types of food. A place where everyone goes to just hangout and enjoy the atmosphere, the street performance. It is also surrounded by shopping areas which Is awesome. If you walk around there are many restaurants that you can choose to eat from. It's a very nice touristy area to go to

Faneuil Hall is so cool - I mean it. This is such a neat place -- you have to walk through it even if you're not hungry. It is jam packed with food vendors selling every imaginable type of food. It is so lively no matter what day or time you visit. It is right in the middle of historical Boston and conveniently situated along the Freedom Trail, so you can stop here for lunch or just to people watch. Sometimes there are street performers out front singing or dancing. It's a wonderful place to visit if you're in Bean Town!
