Aerospace Bristol is an aerospace museum at Filton, to the north of Bristol, England. The project is run by the Bristol Aero Collection Trust and houses a varied collection of exhibits, including Concorde Alpha Foxtrot, the final Concorde to be built and the last to fly.
The museum is situated on Filton Airfield and the main exhibition is housed in a First World War Grade II listed hangar, with Concorde situated in a new, purpose-built hangar. The exhibition covers over 100 years of aviation history through two world wars, exploring the role of aircraft in these conflicts, through the drama and technological advances of the space race and on to the modern day.

  • We had a great day here ( well 4.5 hours ).... What a fabulous, well planned out, clean, informative display. Concorde was fantastic. The staff overall were exceptionally polite and helpful and the food in the cafe was very reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. I had the chicken burger in the black bun. Never had a black bun before, different and delicious..... Felt very welcomed and would happily go back. Well worth a visit. Ticket lasts for 12 months as well....
  • There's so much to study in the range of history & science they cover (engineering & social history) that we've visited 4 afternoons on the annual ticket. Good coffee & cakes in large cafe, and enjoyable basic lunches too. Exciting to climb inside the original Concord and lots of hands-on science & engineering projects for kids (but sadly many not working). I loved the social history - women entering the workforce, trades unions, cold war mentality, etc, while my husband loved all the planes and their engines. We both liked the beautiful Bristol car and local tram as well - there's a whole lot there!
