Snozone, Milton Keynes

4.0
#1 of 33 in Winter Sports in United Kingdom
Take to 170 m (557 ft) of slopes any time of the year at Snozone. If you’re a bit rusty, take lessons to learn new skiing and snowboarding techniques. Check out the Learn to Ski/Snowboard in a Day package if you’ve got no experience at all. Book a lesson designed just for the kids. Take a break from skiing and go sledding, or watch the kids sled while you sip a coffee in the warm cafe. Wear warm clothes and rent everything you’ll need for the slopes, except for gloves and socks, which are available for purchase. • I use Snozone all the time, for slope time to practice snowboarding and its perfectly fine, well priced and if you are smart you can find less busy times particularly later in the evening. I did also ...  more »

  • Kids holiday camps are great value and well run. Adult skiing/boarding is overpriced. Even annual membership doesn't reduce costs that much. They should have a £500 unlimited option or something similar, and reductions for bringing your own kit.
  • Amazing Family Afternoon - Ski & Snowboard Thank you very much to Hilary to have organised a Family Private Lesson for my son and I, one in ski and the other one in snowboard... at the same time! Excellent customer service (Hilary even took time to answer my questions during her day off!). Big thank you to Dai - fun, friendly and really good ski coach - to have taught new techniques to my 7 yrs old son! My son had an amazing time! And big thank you to Rowen - patient, caring and very knowledgeable snowboard coach - to have given me confidence again in snowboarding and gave me very useful tips! An Amazing Family afternoon!
  • A great place to grab a quick ski on proper (albeit powdery) snow whatever the whether. Best when it's quiet as you get more runs down as you're not waiting for the lift up. There's also less variably skilled moving obstacles to avoid on the way down. However, the more skilled you are the less of a challenge it becomes and so it simultaneously gets boring more quickly too... A fair price for what it is. Book in advance if it's a busier time (weekends and winter). Do watch out for the wet patches on the floor prior to getting your boots on; you don't want trench-foot before you've started...
  • Large snow centre but poorly run. Lifts breaking down and staff that don't care enough. Teachers are great. Lady in cafe is great. Needs some investment and better staff training. Management should go to Hemel Snow Centre to see how well it can be run.
  • What a great place. We took our primary school kids for a lesson and we all had a great time. More expensive but so much nicer than dry skiing.
