  • We arrived just after opening time and spent 7 hours at BP. The 1 hour tour is a must do to get a 'simplified' version of what these brilliant people did. The whole day gave a fascinating insight into...  more »

  • A humbling and yet fascinating insight into a period in our history where the future was uncertain, and our very survival could be decided at the toss of a coin. A wonderful place with so many stories to tell of people who lived and worked selflessly for our tomorrow. As a family we went on 07/09/18 on one of the free event days that had been organized for the public. The event was extremely well attended, and well supported by a small army of employees and volunteers who worked tirelessly to ensure that everyone got the very best out of the visit. The documents, the machines, the history and the characters were all there to see. Truly amazing. Catering and facilities are outstandingly good, and the prices for food in the restaurant were very pleasantly priced. Lots of lavatories around the site , and good access for those with disabilities. Our thanks for a wonderful day, and we will return again as there is so much more to see.
  • Very interesting place to visit, not suitable for young children but there is a play area on site. Nice restaurant and cafe. Lots of walking involved if you want to see everything, allow at least 3 hours. Free parking and located very near the train station. Plenty of toilets. If nice weather plenty of picnic tables located by the lake. Can revisit as many times as you like, within 12 months, for free.
  • At last this iconic venue is getting the historic attention and national recognition that it deserves. Home to the huge team of code breakers in WW2 and the birthplace of computing as we know it today. Displays include examples of the Enigma machines and a tribute to the genius of Alan Turing. Day tickets provide access to the the key huts, rooms and buildings that were actually central to this work at the time. There is plenty of information at every point and a free audio guide. Perhaps best of all, your ticket can be used for as many return visits that you want in a year. Bargain!
  • We absolutely loved Bletchley Park. You pay for admission, and with your card are admitted for an entire year. The history is so rich and well preserved here. The technology used to teach the history and process here is also impressive, with many interactive games, projected images, and exhibits. The Mansion was beautiful and even more fun to see the preserved interior. They use projectors and interactive screens within the huts to make the time come alive and you can touch almost everything that you're seeing! This place certainly made me emotional -- and I would have spent many more days here if I had them.
  • Very interesting. Great exhibits, you can walk inside the huts and offices, take the 1 hour tour very informative then go round after on your own. They were going to knock down the whole place 30 years ago, as no-one knew what happened there! Your entry ticket is valid for a year so very good value.
