  • What a fantastic experience. The staff are wonderful, almost feel part of the team within minutes of being there. So knowledgable, and their love for their birds shines through from the off...and of course they also rescue injured birds with the aim of getting them back out into the wild as soon as they are well enough. We did both the owl experience and the hawk walk and truly enjoyed every minute of it. We were lucky enough to have wonderful weather on the day too, to be up so close to these magnificent birds was an honour, Florence the burrowing owl is such a character and was a favourite, so funny to watch her running around, barn owls, snowy owl, tawny owl, eagle owls they have them there for all to see..we flew a burrowing owl, barn owl and an eagle owl on the day all 3 were awesome. Charlie the harris hawk was amazing, so tame and more than happy to land on your head at times too. Book yourself a visit to this wonderful falconry centre, can't recommend it highly enough...oh and pop into the farm shop just around the corner, wonderful cakes,coffees/teas, plus fresh meats, fruit n veg, cheeses, ice creams etc Thank you for making our visit so memorable :)
  • My Grandaughter had the most amazing Owl Experience, her second time! She and I both learnt so many new facts and she loved the close interaction with the owls. A big thank you to everyone at the Falconry for your continued hard work.
