Quite impressed to se such a huge construction in such a narrow area. High walls and well preserved, it espouses the old town of Mahdia. more »

Nice fort after reconstruction.

An OK place to visit. This fort is quite small and offers nice views of the surrounding sea. Signs explain the history in Arabic and French, with few translations to English. 7DT entrance fee.
