Start off your visit on the 12th (Thu): make an unforgettable trip to Tokyo Disneyland, then get in on the family fun at Tokyo DisneySea, and then buy something for everyone on your list at Ikspiari. On the 13th (Fri), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: don't miss a visit to Naritasan Omote Sando, have some family-friendly fun at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, and then look for gifts at Bon Voyage.
