Kick off your visit on the 16th (Fri): see the interesting displays at Ayalon Institute Museum, thenbrowse the different shops at Ayalon Mall, and then admire nature's wide array of creatures at Safari Park. Keep things going the next day: look for gifts at Savransky Jewellery and then walk around Ramat Gan National Park.
