Vibrant and noisy, London is one of the world’s leading cities, an international capital of culture, education, fashion, music, finance, trade, and politics.
Visit Tower of London and Westminster Abbey for their historical value. Do some cultural sightseeing at Natural History Museum and Buckingham Palace. Venture out of the city with trips to Swinbrook (St Oswald's Church & St Mary's Church), Church of St Peter & St Paul (in Northleach) and West Kennet Avenue (in Avebury). The adventure continues: take in the architecture and atmosphere at St. Paul's Cathedral, don't miss a visit to Tower Bridge, learn about all things military at Imperial War Museums, and admire the masterpieces at Victoria and Albert Museum.

To find where to stay, other places to visit, traveler tips, and other tourist information, you can read our London trip website.

The time zone changes from Eastern European Standard Time (EET) to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), which is usually a -2 hour difference. Prepare for somewhat warmer weather when traveling from Sofia in December: high temperatures in London hover around 11°C and lows are around 4°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 21st (Sat) to allow enough time to travel back home.
