Drive from Myrtle Beach to Hilton Head in 5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of bus and car; or fly. June in Hilton Head sees daily highs of 87°F and lows of 73°F at night. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 16th (Tue) to allow time to drive to Charleston.
