Castile— 6 nights
Established in 1821 and named after a historical region in Spain, Castile is a town in Wyoming County with a neighboring village of the same name known for its rural lifestyle.You've now added Letchworth State Park to your itinerary. Venture out of the city with trips to Rushford Lake (in Rushford), Rolling Hills Asylum (in East Bethany) and Le Roy (Jell-O Gallery Museum & LeRoy House). On the 17th (Wed), spend an exhilarating day on the slopes at Swain Resort. There's more to do: take in the spiritual surroundings of Abbey of the Genesee and stop by Castille Cider Mill.
