As one of Spain’s most well-preserved medieval cities, Segovia is known for its 1st-century Roman aqueduct that runs through the city center.
Popular historic sites such as Alcazar of Segovia and The Walls of Avila are in your itinerary. Venture out of the city with trips to Hoces del Rio Duraton Natural Park (in Sepulveda), Real Sitio de San Lorenzo de El Escorial (in San Lorenzo de El Escorial) and Plaza Mayor de Valladolid (in Valladolid). And it doesn't end there: make a trip to Acueduct of Segovia, appreciate the extensive heritage of Calle Real de Segovia, pause for some serene contemplation at Iglesia de los Santos Justo y Pastor, and browse the exhibits of Catedral de Segovia.
