Koper

Koper is a city in southwestern Slovenia, with the other Slovenian coastal towns Ankaran, Izola, Piran, and Portorož, situated along the country's 47-kilometre coastline, in the Istrian Region, approximately five kilometres from its border with Italy. Manziolijeva palaca and Church of St. George are good opportunities to explore the local culture. You'll discover tucked-away gems like Svetilnik Beach and Loza Gallery. Bovec is a town in the Littoral region in northwestern Slovenia, close to border with Italy. Step off the beaten path and head to Lake Jasna and Kobarid Museum (Kobariski muzej). Visiting Kozjak Waterfalls and Virje Waterfall will get you outdoors. Venture out of the city with trips to Kranjska Gora (Vrsic Pass - Julian Alps & Tromeja -Triple border) and Tolmin Gorge (in Tolmin).
