Originally little more than a simple camp constructed to house workers who built a nearby dam on the Colorado River, Page is now a popular stop for travelers preparing a trip to Arizona's canyon country.
Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Glen Canyon National Recreation Area and Rainbow Bridge National Monument. Visiting Wire Pass Trail (Buckskin Gulch Access) and Photography Tours will get you outdoors. Step out of Page with an excursion to Coyote Buttes in Big Water--about 56 minutes away.
