Your day-by-day itinerary now includes Kōtoku-in. Kick off your visit on the 8th (Tue): see the interesting displays at Kannon Museum, take in the spiritual surroundings of Hase-dera Temple, and then make a trip to Kōtoku-in. Your day-by-day itinerary now includes Gozabune Atakemaru (Samurai Cruises), Robot Restaurant, Shibuya Crossing, and other attractions you added. Let the collections at Tokyo National Museum and Edo-Tokyo Museum capture your imagination. Sensō-ji and Ghibli Museum Mitaka are good opportunities to explore the local culture. You can drive from Kamakura to Tokyo in an hour. Alternatively, you can take a train; or take a bus. When traveling from Kamakura in October, plan for a bit warmer days and about the same nights in Tokyo: temperatures range from 26°C by day to 18°C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 15th (Tue) early enough to travel to Kyoto.

Get a sense of the local culture at Fushimi Inari-taisha Shrine and Nijo Castle. Get some historical perspective at Kinkaku-ji and Sanjusangendo Temple. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Kyoto: Nara Park (in Nara) and Osaka (Osaka Shiritsu Toyo Toji Museum, Dotonbori, & more). The village of Zamami-son in the western Kerama Islands spans four of the islands in the group, one of which remains uninhabited.
You'll enjoy a bit of beach vacationing at Nishibama Beach and Furuzamami Beach. Do some cultural sightseeing at Tokashiki History and Folklore Museum and Ibinume Shrine. Go for a jaunt from Zamami-son to Tokashiki-son to see Nagannu Island about 58 minutes away.
