Start off your visit on the 30th (Mon): explore the historical opulence of Kinojo Castle, then take in the spiritual surroundings of Bicchukokubunji Temple, and then contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Kibitsuhiko Shrine. Traveling by train from Okayama to Osaka takes an hour. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus. In March in Osaka, expect temperatures between 16°C during the day and 5°C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 2nd (Thu) early enough to take a train to Kyoto.
