Change things up with these side-trips from Hobart: Tasmanian Bushland Garden (in Buckland) and Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary (in Brighton). Start off your visit on the 15th (Fri): trek along Wineglass Bay Lookout and then explore the wealth of natural beauty at Freycinet National Park. On the 16th (Sat), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: do a tasting at Gala Estate Vineyard, then stop by Melshell Oyster Shack, then do a tasting at Spring Vale Wines, and finally don't miss a visit to Mt Amos Climb.
