Mestia is a highland townlet in northwest Georgia, at an elevation of 1500m in the Caucasus Mountains.General informationMestia is located in the Svaneti region of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti province, some 128km northeast of the regional capital of Zugdidi. Get some cultural insight at Svaneti Museum of History and Ethnography and St. Nicholas Church. Take a break from Mestia with a short trip to Love Tower in Bogreshi, about 46 minutes away. The adventure continues: take your sightseeing to a higher altitude at Mountain Ushba, fly down the slopes at Ski Resort Tetnuldi, get outside with Koruldi Lakes, and stroll through Khatsvali Ski Resort.
