If you are flying in from Germany, the closest major airports are New Chitose Airport, Asahikawa Airport and Hakodate Airport. Expect a daytime high around 9°C in April, and nighttime lows around 7°C. On the 29th (Mon), wrap the sightseeing up by early afternoon so you can drive to Noboribetsu.
