Yuzawa-machi

It takes just over one hour to reach Yuzawa-machi from the country's capital by bullet train.
Kick off your visit on the 2nd (Sat): don't miss a visit to Takumi no Sato, get outside with Naeba Ski Resort, fly down the slopes at Naspa Ski Garden, then don't miss a visit to Ponshukan, and finally fly down the slopes at Kagura Ski Resort. On the 3rd (Sun), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: relax and float downstream with a rafting and tubing tour, soak in some Japanese tradition at some of the top local onsens, and then head outdoors with Kagura Tashiro Ski Resort.

To find traveler tips, ratings, other places to visit, and tourist information, read our Yuzawa-machi travel route planning website .

If you are flying in from Philippines, the closest major airports are Niigata Airport, Toyama Airport and Hyakuri Airport. Cap off your sightseeing on the 3rd (Sun) early enough to travel back home.
