Tokyo holds the status of most populous metropolitan area in the world--a fact you'll find tangible as you walk the bustling streets and explore its diverse neighborhoods and cultures.
Step out of the city life by going to Odaiba Kaihin Koen (Odaiba Seaside Park) and Enoshima Island. Head to The Tsukiji Market and Ginzafor some retail therapy. Venture out of the city with trips to Mt. Takao (in Hachioji) and Showa Kinen Park (in Tachikawa). The adventure continues: admire the masterpieces at Tokyo National Museum, take a stroll through Ueno, take in nature's colorful creations at Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, and shop like a local with Asakusa.

Sao Paulo, Brazil to Tokyo is an approximately 29-hour combination of flight and train. Due to the time zone difference, you'll lose 12 hours traveling from Sao Paulo to Tokyo. Traveling from Sao Paulo in April, expect Tokyo to be little chillier, temps between 22°C and 12°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 9th (Mon) so you can travel to Fujinomiya.

Sitting on the southwest slopes of Mount Fuji, Fujinomiya makes a popular starting point for climbing trips to the famous mountain's summit.
Start off your visit on the 9th (Mon): stop by Mt.Fuji 5th station, take in the spiritual surroundings of Fujisan Hongū Sengen Taisha, and then see the interesting displays at The Kiseki Museum of World Stones.

Explore hidden gems such as Kamogawa River and Makino Sunny Beach. Step out of the city life by going to Mt. Kurama and Lake Biwa. Getting from Fujinomiya to Kyoto by car takes about 4.5 hours. Expect a daytime high around 22°C in April, and nighttime lows around 11°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 12th (Thu) to allow enough time to take a train to Osaka.
