Amsterdam, The Netherlands to Tokyo is an approximately 15.5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of train and flight. The time zone changes from Central European Time (CET) to Japan Standard Time (JST), which is usually an 8 hour difference. Prepare for somewhat warmer weather when traveling from Amsterdam in June: high temperatures in Tokyo hover around 30°C and lows are around 22°C.
