Easily accessible from both Whistler and Vancouver, little Squamish sits in the middle of one of Canada's scenic natural areas, affectionately called the "Sea to Sky Country." A vacation in Squamish provides the perfect opportunity to try a range of outdoor activities, so it's not surprising the town calls itself the "Outdoor Recreation Capital of Canada." Visitors get their dose of adrenaline by rock climbing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, kayaking, golfing, whitewater rafting, or kite surfing in the area.
