On the 3rd (Mon), head off the coast to Enoshima Island, then contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Samukawa Shrine, then look for gifts at Ginza Itoya Hontren, and finally contemplate the long history of Nezu Shrine. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 4th (Tue): step off the mainland to explore Sarushima Island (Monkey Island), take in the spiritual surroundings of Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, and then take in the awesome beauty at Mt. Mitake.

Munich, Germany to Tokyo is an approximately 15-hour flight. You can also do a combination of train and flight. The time zone difference when traveling from Munich to Tokyo is 8 hours. Prepare for somewhat warmer weather when traveling from Munich in February: high temperatures in Tokyo hover around 12°C and lows are around 2°C. Head to Dotonbori and Midosuji Streetfor some retail therapy. Satisfy your inner culture vulture at Tenryuji Temple and Toji. Get out of town with these interesting Osaka side-trips: Kennin-ji Temple (in Kyoto) and Higashiyama (Kodai-ji Temple & Tofuku-ji Temple). There's still lots to do: don't miss a visit to Hozenji Yokocho, get a taste of the local shopping with Minami (Namba), contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Sumiyoshi Taisha Shrine, and have some family-friendly fun at Sunset Owl Cafe.

Take a train from Tokyo to Osaka in 3.5 hours. Alternatively, you can fly; or drive. In February, plan for daily highs up to 11°C, and evening lows to 1°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 8th (Sat) so you can travel to Busan.

You can fly from Osaka to Busan in 5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of flight and train; or do a combination of train and flight. In February, daytime highs in Busan are 10°C, while nighttime lows are 0°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 11th (Tue) early enough to go by car to Jeonju.
