Situated between Ukraine and Russia, Sevastopol represents a laid-back coastal city with impressive naval history and a desirable microclimate for vacationers.
Get out of town with these interesting Sevastopol side-trips: Beaded Temple of Anastasia the Obscenitelnitsy (in Bashtanovka), Bakhchisaray (Bakhchisaryi Holy Dormition Monastery & Cave Town of Chufut-Kale) and Balaklava Bay (in Balaklava).
