Sin City

Nicknamed the "Entertainment Capital of the World," Las Vegas sits in the middle of a desert in the southern section of Nevada.
Get out of town with these interesting Las Vegas side-trips: Henderson (Clark County Heritage Museum & Green Valley Range), Valley of Fire State Park (in Overton) and Boulder City (Boulder City/Hoover Dam Museum & Hoover Dam). On the 23rd (Wed), do a day of sightseeing from above with a helicopter tour. And it doesn't end there: take in breathtaking views at Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, take in panoramic vistas at High Roller, see Off-Road Tours, and examine the collection at The Mob Museum.
