Once a small village in northwest Cambodia, Siem Reap now serves as a gateway to the Angkor region's World Heritage-listed temple and other attractions.
Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom will appeal to history buffs. Get a sense of the local culture at Ta Prohm and Terrace of the Leper King. Spend the 4th (Wed) wandering through the wild on a nature and wildlife tour. Start off your visit on the 7th (Sat): enjoy the sand and surf at Ream Beach, kick back and relax at Otres Beach, and then make a splash at White Sand Palace- Water Park.
