Singapore, Singapore to Ishigaki is an approximately 11-hour flight. Due to the time zone difference, you'll lose 1 hour traveling from Singapore to Ishigaki. In April, Ishigaki is slightly colder than Singapore - with highs of 30°C and lows of 24°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 7th (Tue) so you can travel to Miyakojima.

A city jurisdiction formed after the merger of several towns in 2005, Miyakojima spans six linked-up islands.
On the 8th (Wed), kick back and relax at Nagamahama Beach Coast and then explore the gorgeous colors at Yabiji. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: paddle through the water with a kayaking and canoeing tour and then kick back and relax at Tomori Imugya Beach.

Get some historical perspective at Daishoin Temple and Itsukushima Shrine Torii. Get some cultural insight at Senjokaku and Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum. Step out of Hiroshima with an excursion to Itsukushima Shrine in Hatsukaichi--about 58 minutes away. It doesn't end there: contemplate the long history of Peace Memorial Park - Hiroshima and step into the grandiose world of Hiroshima Castle.

You can do a combination of flight and train from Miyakojima to Hiroshima in 4.5 hours. Alternatively, you can fly. Expect little chillier temperatures when traveling from Miyakojima in April; daily highs in Hiroshima reach 22°C and lows reach 13°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 12th (Sun) so you can catch the train to Kyoto.

Here are some ideas for day two: step into the grandiose world of Nijo Castle, then take in the spiritual surroundings of Chion-in Temple, and then contemplate the long history of Kiyomizu-dera Temple.

Onna-son

Located on the coast in the middle of the island, Onna-son has become known for its beaches and seaside economy.
Visiting Scuba & Snorkeling and Stand-Up Paddleboarding will get you outdoors. Explore hidden gems such as Sun Marina Beach and Cape Manzamo. Change things up with a short trip to Akabaka Beach in Nakijin-son (about 48 minutes away). There's lots more to do: see the vivid underwater world at Manza Dream Hole, enjoy the sand and surf at Diamond Beach, and examine the collection at Onna-son Museum.

You can fly from Tokyo to Onna-son in 4.5 hours. Other options are to do a combination of train, taxi, and flight; or do a combination of train and ferry. Prepare for a bit warmer weather when traveling from Tokyo in April: high temperatures in Onna-son hover around 28°C and lows are around 20°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 19th (Sun) so you can travel back home.
