Kyoto is known for historic sites, shopping, classes, parks, and museums. Your plan includes some of its best attractions: contemplate the long history of Fushimi Inari-taisha Shrine, trek along Kyoto Isshu Trail, Higahiyama Fuahimi Inari Course, take a stroll through Gion, and admire the natural beauty at Rakusai Chikurin Park.

Singapore, Singapore to Kyoto is an approximately 11-hour combination of flight and train. You can also fly; or do a combination of flight, bus, and train. The time zone changes from Singapore Time (SGT) to Japan Standard Time (JST), which is usually a 1 hour difference. Plan for much colder temperatures traveling from Singapore in November, with highs in Kyoto at 19°C and lows at 10°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 27th (Wed) so you can catch the train to Okayama.
