Coamo is a municipality founded 1579 in the south-central region of Puerto Rico (U.S.), located north of Santa Isabel; south of Orocovis and Barranquitas; east of Villalba and Juana Díaz; and west of Aibonito and Salinas. You'll visit kid-friendly attractions like Lake Dos Bocas and Coffin Island. Explore the numerous day-trip ideas around Coamo: Parque Nacional Balneario Cerro Gordo (in Vega Alta), Patillas (Playa La Villa Pesquera & El Charco Azul) and Utuado (Cafe Gran Batey & River Rafting & Tubing). There's still lots to do: admire all the interesting features of Sandra Farms Coffee, witness a stunning natural landmark at Coamo Thermal Hot Springs, take in the views from Puente La Hamaca, and get outside with La Piedra Escrita.
