Known as one of the greatest small cities in the world, Amsterdam charms visitors with its cool and cozy atmosphere.
Appreciate the collections at Van Gogh Museum and Zaanse Schans. Your inner history buff will appreciate Anne Frank House and Museum Het Rembrandthuis (Rembrandt House). Change things up with a short trip to The Mauritshuis Royal Picture Gallery in The Hague (about 1h 10 min away). There's lots more to do: admire the masterpieces at Rijksmuseum, steep yourself in history at Willet-Holthuysen Museum, get engrossed in the history at Verzetsmuseum Amsterdam, and take in the architecture and atmosphere at De Duif.
