Kick off your visit on the 26th (Sat): take a stroll through Dotonbori, then explore the historical opulence of Osaka Castle, and then see the interesting displays at Osaka Shiritsu Toyo Toji Museum. Here are some ideas for day two: see the interesting displays at Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum, then meet the residents at Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan, and then see the interesting displays at Jikko Cutlery.

Singapore, Singapore to Osaka is an approximately 10-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and train; or do a combination of flight, bus, and train. Due to the time zone difference, you'll lose 1 hour traveling from Singapore to Osaka. In October, Osaka is a bit cooler than Singapore - with highs of 26°C and lows of 17°C. Traveling by train from Nara to Kyoto takes an hour. Alternatively, you can drive; or do a combination of train and subway. In October, daily temperatures in Kyoto can reach 27°C, while at night they dip to 18°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 31st (Thu) early enough to travel to Tokyo.

Sitting at the foot of Mount Fuji, Hakone-machi has become a popular retreat from Tokyo for locals and tourists alike.
Start off your visit on the 4th (Mon): admire the masterpieces at The Hakone Open-Air Museum, then contemplate the waterfront views at Lake Ashi (Ashinoko), then contemplate the long history of Hakone Shrine / Kuzuryu Shrine Singu, and finally take an in-depth tour of Hakone Shrine Homotsuden. Keep things going the next day: hike along Hakone Stone‐paved Road and then cool off at Hakone Kowakien Yunessun.

You can take a train from Tokyo to Hakone-machi in 2 hours. Other options are to drive; or take a bus. Traveling from Tokyo in November, expect nights in Hakone-machi to be about the same, around 11°C, while days are slightly colder, around 13°C. On the 6th (Wed), wrap the sightseeing up by early afternoon so you can travel back home.
