Vigo is a city and municipality in the province of Pontevedra, in Galicia, north-west Spain on the Atlantic Ocean. Step out of the city life by going to Playa de Rodas and Playa Samil. You'll enjoy a bit of beach vacationing at Cabo de Udra and Praia de Barra. Step out of Vigo with an excursion to Ruta de O Alto do Principe in Cies Islands--about 34 minutes away. The adventure continues: head off the coast to Islas Cies, explore the activities along Foz Estuary, and get outside with Guías Malouco -Turismo y Aventura-.

Barcelona to Vigo is an approximately 4.5-hour flight. You can also take a train; or drive. In August, Vigo is a bit cooler than Barcelona - with highs of 28°C and lows of 17°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 12th (Wed) so you can drive to O Grove.

As the site of the sacred cathedral that marks the end of the pilgrimage route of the famous St.
Visit Caion, A Laracha, A Coruna, Galicia and Playa de Morazon for some beach relaxation. Get in touch with nature at Nature & Wildlife Tours and Refugio de Verdes. Change things up with a short trip to Tower of Hercules (Torre de Hercules) in La Coruna (about 1h 10 min away). In August in Santiago de Compostela, expect temperatures between 28°C during the day and 15°C at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 16th (Sun) to allow enough time to drive to Ribadeo.

Llanes is a municipality of the province of Asturias, in northern Spain. We've included these beaches for you: Playa de Gulpiyuri and Playa de Torimbia. Escape the urban bustle at Lake Covadonga and Cueva El Soplao. Change things up with these side-trips from Llanes: Cueva Del Buxu (in Cardes), Playa de Oyambre (in San Vicente de la Barquera) and River Rafting & Tubing (in Arriondas).
