The most popular resort in Slovenia, Bled is marked by its iconic church steeple and medieval castle on glacial Lake Bled.
Kick off your visit on the 16th (Sun): Head underground at Pokljuka Gorge, get great views at Ojstrica, then step off the mainland to explore Bled Island, then step into the grandiose world of Bled Castle, and finally fly like a bird with a parasailing or paragliding tour. Here are some ideas for day two: kick your exploration up a notch at some of the top local zipline courses and adventure parks and then get great views at Straža Bled.
