On the 4th (Sat), take an in-depth tour of Little World, then take in nature's colorful creations at Urakuen Garden, then step into the grandiose world of Inuyama Castle, and finally steep yourself in history at Inuyama Jokamachi.

Traveling by flight from Niigata to Inuyama takes 4 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train; or drive. Traveling from Niigata in April, you can expect nighttime temperatures to be a bit warmer in Inuyama, with lows of 53°F. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 4th (Sat) to allow time to take a train to Kawasaki.

Easily accessible via a 15-minute train ride from Tokyo, Kawasaki features a modern, industrialized waterfront, as well as a couple of quirky attractions.
On the 5th (Sun), step off the mainland to explore Enoshima Island, steep yourself in history at Kencho-ji Temple, then steep yourself in history at Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, then steep yourself in history at Hase-dera Temple, and finally take in the spiritual surroundings of Hase-dera Temple Kannondo. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: take in the waterfront at Yokohama Intl Passenger Terminal, walk around Yamashita Park, then wander the streets of Yokohama Chinatown, and finally appreciate the extensive heritage of Sankeien Gardens.
