Cockermouth is an ancient market town and civil parish in the Borough of Allerdale in Cumbria, England, so named because it is at the confluence of the River Cocker as it flows into the River Derwent. On the 14th (Tue), tour the pleasant surroundings at Catbells Lakeland Walk, get great views at Surprise View, then snap pictures at Ashness Bridge, then contemplate the waterfront views at Derwentwater, and finally take in the architecture and atmosphere at St. Bridget's Church. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 15th (Wed): skim along the rocks with a canyoning and rapelling tour, then take some stellar pictures from Alpacaly Ever After, and then explore the activities along Buttermere Lake.

Windermere

Windermere is the largest natural lake in England.
