You'll find plenty of places to visit near Tokyo: Hakone-machi (The Hakone Open-Air Museum, Lake Ashi (Ashinoko), &more), Kamakura (Hase-dera Temple, Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, &more) and Nature & Wildlife Tours (in Fuji). There's still lots to do: go for a walk through Lake Kawaguchi, admire the landmark architecture of Tokyo Tower, take your sightseeing to a higher altitude at Mt. Takao, and take a stroll through Odaiba District.
