Aviemore is a town and tourist resort, situated within the Cairngorms National Park in the Highlands of Scotland. On the 9th (Mon), get in on the family fun at Landmark Forest Adventure Park and then snap pictures at The Old Packhorse Bridge. Keep things going the next day: take an exotic tour of Highland Wildlife & Birdwatch Safaris and then let the river carry you with ACE Adventures & Hideaways.

Durness is a village and civil parish in the north-west Highlands of Scotland. On the 11th (Wed), tour the pleasant surroundings at Balnakeil Beach, kick back and relax at Sango Bay, then enjoy the sand and surf at Durness Beach, and finally don't miss a visit to Cairn House Gallery. Keep things going the next day: paddle through the water with Ridgway Adventure - One Day Activities, then enjoy the sand and surf at Sandwood Bay Beach, and then stroll through Oldshoremore Beach.

Fort William is the second largest settlement in the Highlands of Scotland with around 10,000 inhabitants – and the largest town: only the city of Inverness is larger.Fort William is a major tourist centre, with Glen Coe just to the south, Aonach Mòr to the east and Glenfinnan to the west, on the Road to the Isles. On the 13th (Fri), take in the dramatic scenery at Steall Waterfall, take in the awesome beauty at Ben Nevis, look for all kinds of wild species at Loch Linnhe Picnic Area, then get engrossed in the history at Glencoe Folk Museum, and finally admire the verdant scenery at Glen Coe. On the 14th (Sat), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: enjoy the sand and surf at Camusdarach Beach and then paddle through the water with Arisaig Sea Kayak Centre.
