Kyoto

— 10 nights
The national capital for over a thousand years, Kyoto retains much of the charm of old Japan, boasting numerous temples and shrines that seem completely untouched by the modern world.
Museum-lovers will appreciate Cup Noodle Museum Osaka Ikeda and Osaka Shiritsu Toyo Toji Museum. Do some cultural sightseeing at Fushimi Inari-taisha Shrine and Nara Park. Venture out of the city with trips to Arima Onsen (in Kobe), Nara (Todaiji Temple Cultural Center & Toshodai-ji Temple) and Dotombori District (in Dotombori). And it doesn't end there: contemplate the long history of Kiyomizu-dera Temple, contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Tenryuji Temple, wander the streets of Arashiyama, and get great views at Mt. Kurama.
