At the very heart of picturesque Soca Valley, Kobarid delivers some of the most stunning views of Slovenia's highest peaks, as well as a chance to enjoy some exciting alpine rivers.
Step out of Kobarid with an excursion to Kayaking & Canoeing in Bovec--about 38 minutes away. And it doesn't end there: whizz through the canopy at some of the top local zipline courses and adventure parks, take in the dramatic natural features at Tolmin Gorge, make a trip to Denkmal Am Predilpass, and take in the spiritual surroundings of Javorca, Memorial Church of the Holy Spirit.

Traveling by car from Bled to Kobarid takes 2 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of train and bus; or take a bus. While traveling from Bled, expect a bit cooler days and about the same nights in Kobarid, ranging from highs of 8°C to lows of 2°C.
