Instead of Soviet buildings typical of Ukraine, Lviv boasts a charming Central European-style old town with World Heritage Site status.
On the 12th (Sun), pause for some serene contemplation at Church of the Jesuits, wander the streets of Old Town, don't miss a visit to Market Square, then take an unorthodox tour of Insomnia - The Haunted House, then enjoy breathtaking views from Lviv High Castle, and finally stroll the grounds of Lychakiv Cemetery. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 13th (Mon): examine the collection at Pharmacy Museum, take in the spiritual surroundings of Armenian Virgin Mary's Dormition Church, then make a trip to Prospekt Svobody, then admire the striking features of St.Yura Cathedral, and finally make a trip to Lviv City Hall.

A sharp contrast to the capital of Minsk, Brest is a city filled with fortress ruins, old culture, and medieval history.
Take a break from Brest with a short trip to Bielaviežskaja pušča National Park in Kamianiuki, about 1h 05 min away. And it doesn't end there: brush up on your military savvy at Memorial Complex Brest Hero-Fortress, explore the activities along Rowing Canal, make a trip to Bison on Route Brest - Minsk, and pause for some photo ops at Alley with Stelas of the Hero Cities of the Former USSR Republics.
