  • After returning from the trip... and with a cold head (as frankly hot I could have lost my papers!!) I proceed to make this report for the sole purpose of giving them our impressions and experiences. And, why not say so, ADVISE / DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to perform the safaris. Of course, it is not our intention to "ruin" anyone's business, but if we express our anger after spending as well as about 4000 euros / person on a trip that is presumed "unforgettable"... and as of today, NO ONE, nor its Director have spoken out... just good words over and over again... but again there were mistakes... over and over again. A disaster. By way of information, indicate that travelers were 3 people accustomed to several trips a year for leisure and accustomed to traveling for work (touching all continents... in fact one of us came from Buenos Aires, Argentina). The adventure couldn't start worse for one of us. After 24 hrs of travel from Buenos Aires, arrived at 01.30 hrs AM (early morning) and NADIE from the agency was to receive and move it. Absolutely no one. Thanks to the rest of the transfer companies that were in the "arrivals" area we were able to locate our guide to Kenya. It appeared that from the offices I had misprovided with the arrival details (terminal, schedule,...). Frankly from our Kenyan guide we have NO complaints. What's more, we recommend it TOTALLY. The assigned guide was Mr Evans (Phone/Whatsapp +0025472702136). I highly recommend it if you want to do a safari as God commands. Fracamente was INCREDIBLE his knowledge of fauna, of the country, of customs, of taking care of us... And the best... SABIA SPANISH, you could have a conversation perfectly and you could talk about anything with it (since we had hired it we paid extra for it) ... He looked as excited on safari as much as we did. The program had programming errors. We lost an afternoon of safari to miscalculations. It was impossible to go from Lake Nakuru to Amboseli in a day and arrive in the afternoon for a safari in Amboseli (and with a meal scheduled in CArnivore, Nairobi).make the distances... Also after doing a kilometer stage we arrive at the assigned "camp" ... "KIMANA AMBOSELI". A real mess. No hot water, no showers minimally suitable for use, fully useless mosquito nets, noise until very late. The problem came with our passage to Tanzania. The assigned guide (a certain Mr Samuel Dominic Agnes) had no idea about Spanish. Badly i could have a conversation, not at all fluid. And let alone talk about the fauna or flora of the country. I have no idea. We even got to answer a question about what animal was what we were seeing with a "that's a bird!" (but that bird!!????). You can call that a guide???? Other details of this "guide" (or whatever you want to call) is that you finished the safaris excessively early. While in the Kenyan part we were doing safaris in Masai Mara of up to 9 hrs... we rarely exceeded 5 hrs with him in Tanzania. At no time were we offered additional activities (e.g. balloon flight in Serengeti, Tanzania)... while in other agencies if offered to them, even our Kenyan guide did so in Masai Mara....Si we were aware that other agencies were offered... Of the 12 days (6 days in each country), we remember sadly how we wasted a full day in a village called Monduli (a people lost by the hand of God on the outskirts of Arusha). There we were able to visit a school with local children (it was really nice), but the rest of the day was completely wasted. They set up our tent in the "half of nowhere" (no baths, no running water, no light, nothing absolutely) and with the argument of making a "trekking" (which was neither trekking nor anything at all) because it was a walk at 15.00hrs under a killer sun we walked "nonsense" for 2 hrs... with nothing to see, no animals, no almost flora to admire,... sporpentic! At the ...

  • A visit to the Maasai village made a strong impression. Everyone is dressed in bright clothes, I put on a plaid cape. After the rain the ground is very lito to shoes. The Maasai staged a performance: the men sang and jumped on the spot, trying to jump above the others. Dressed women sang in chorus. Only the faces of the women looked exhausted. We inspected the Hut of the Maasai from the inside: cramped, dirty, smokes the hearth - very useful cape, so as not to touch the walls at the narrow entrance. Offer a lot of their crafts for sale. There are a dozen children of different ages with a teacher in the hut-school. In general, it is informative
