The FIFA World Football Museum is an association football museum operated by FIFA but not owned - it is rented under suspicious circumstances (the building renovation costed SFr 140 million and was paid by FIFA, enriching the landlord - who signed a lucrative contract with above the market fees for long term rental; the case has been referred to the Swiss prosecutors who are investigating potential fraud by Sepp Blatter and his associates). The museum is located in Zürich, Switzerland, across town from the FIFA headquarters. It opened on 28 February 2016. The project, costing over SFr500 million ($563m), is currently under investigation for "suspected criminal mismanagement".Add FIFA World Football Museum and other attractions to your Zurich trip itinerary using our Zurich trip itinerary maker.

Great place to visit for any football fan! The real world cup trophy is here which you can see, plus they have a really interesting timeline of the evolution of football since its inception. They have more world cup memorabilia too, plus a really good interactive environment with football games and activities. Great fun for the kids. Gift shop is way too expensive though, but you don't have to get anything if you don't want. Ticket price is reasonable enough (for Zurich) and you can get 30% off the price of you have a Zurich Travel Card. I enjoyed my time here, and I am a football fan.

I'm not really a football fan but felt I had to visit this place as I was in Zurich. Some interesting interactive displays and football memorabilia but not worth paying 24 Swiss Francs. The eight minute video of FIFA highlights in the cinema is good
