Gardens by the Bay, Singapore

4.7
Take a walk through a futuristic wonderland at Gardens by the Bay, fusing modern design with nature to create an imaginatively functional public space, in keeping with Singapore's reputation as garden city. You can explore air-conditioned flower domes or stand in awe of the "Supertrees," three vertical gardens offering nightly light and sound shows. Kids can work their energy off at the children's garden, an interactive play space for visitors up to 12 years old. Bring swimsuits as many of the kids' activities are water-based. Gardens by the Bay is just one of the many highlights you can arrange to see using our custom trip planner, Singapore Edition.

  • Truly Exceptional. The gardens are gorgeous. Worth a visit for the whole family. The water park is brilliant. The staff are extremely helpful. Exceeded all of our expectations. It’s a very pleasant place to visit during the day. Must see at night. Good options for food. The bus tour is interesting, but a bit information overload. The tourist shop is very nice. Easy access to transport. Especially enjoyed seeing all of the unique flora.
  • Gardens by the Bay are located in south part of Singapore. There are bus and metro wich can take you close. You should know that the admission is free. Gardens by the Bay is a public place. There are some shops, restaurants and toilets. Every plants and flowers are marked with a tag, so you can learn their origins. The gardens are big. If you visit and read everything, it will take you a full day. The place is nice, and keep you away from the frenzy of Singapore. It is calm and clean. If you stay until the early evening, there is a light show. It last 15 minutes. Go there 30 minutes before the schedule and catch a good place.
