A charming little cove under looming palm trees, Petite Anse Kerlan is sheltered by a natural spit of land. Stretching for some 220 m (722 ft), this picturesque rock-studded stretch of white sand offers sunbathing and scenic views of the sea. A small offshore island makes the snorkeling experience all the more interesting, and there is a hotel bar on the beach as well as a restaurant atop a cliff overlooking the bay. Sailing and snorkeling rentals are available at the hotel. Petite Anse Kerlan Reviews
For me this one is on par with Anse Georgette, accessible through Constance Lemuria. It is small and intimate with fine sand and small waves. There's a rock formation between Petite Anse Kerlan and... more »
Petite anse kerlan is a private beach owned by the hotel. It is however (on the right day) fantastic for snorkelling. If you go to the gate of the hotel and ask to visit the nest for drinks, you... more »
We absolutely love this beach! One of our tops from all Seychelles islands!!! Good entrance to the water (no rocks), wonderful send (white and clean), no strong water currents and waves (you can easily enjoy safe swimming from the coast), diverse snorkelling close to the rocks and absolutely amazing sunsets!!! All beaches of Seychelles are public, but to come to this beach, you need to pass the entrance of Lemuria resort. It is better to call and make an reservation for the restaurant "Nest" or "Takamaka" bar (that you would like to enjoy some drinks or lunch) and at the gate tell your name and that you have a reservation for enter. The Petite Anse Kerlan is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever met. You can there also just in the water because not afraid you need, to be captured as it happened us at very beautiful Anse Georgette by a wave. The Constance Lemuria hotel directly adjacent. Earlier (1998), everything was still untreated. This had of course also its special charm, almost all alone... You may pay attention while bathing in particular at high tide on the larger rocks to the which is possibly quite violently pass while swimming. Even if the romanticism of the time, 20 years ago coming back, I give you like 5 star. Now, many can enjoy this wonderful place. Please the landlord login, if you're not a hotel guest. The daily number is limited to approximately 20 (?).
